The vocational Advanced course are special course designed to cater to the growing needs of the economy and industry of the country. The course incorporated under this scheme are of a nature as to demand professional skill and expertise from the persons engaged in practice thereof. Vast opportunities of employment are available in the country for skilled jobs.

Fees and Subscriptions Payable

Levy of Fees:

The syndicate of the association will levy examination and such other fees and subscriptions for the conduct of various stage examinations of the association.

(i)The wkg. Syndicate of the executive council may, subject to confirmation by the General secretary or by the syndicate, levy such miscellaneous fees and subscription viz, registration fees, fees for provisional certificate, marks sheet absentia fee etc..
(ii)The commercial journal is an official organ of the Association and candidates registering and Enrollling for the association courses and examinations are compulsorily required to Enroll to prescribe categories of membership of the A.I.C.A as a pre requisite to remit the receptive subscriptions being annual subscription or Life subscription, as the case may be.
(iii)Candidates will remit all scheduled fees and subscriptions, including arrears of subscriptions if any accrued till date of issue and continue to pay annual subscriptions to the A.I.C.A per year as per schedule. The Association may refuse to issue or reject any application for issue of any certificates, diploma, Provisional certificate, Marks-sheet, Duplicate Certificates, etc. or any such other certificates till such time all fees and
subscription does payable to the A.I.C.A are paid in full.
(iv)The schedule of examinations fees payable, including compulsory subscriptions to the A.I.C.A and other miscellaneous fees appears in Appendix “H” and may be referred therefrom.

Miscellaneous fees and subscriptions :

Every candidate who Enrollls for the association courses and examination shall pay in addition to the examination fees and subscriptions to the commercial Journal and the A.I.C.A subscriptions the registration fee, miscellaneous fees and subscriptions in accordance with the schedule of fees.

Uptodate subscription to the A.I.C.A must be paid by the students besides total fees due to the association before a student can claim and certificates, awards, diploma, etc. original or duplicate from the association.

Fees to be paid with application :

All fees and subscriptions due must be paid in full together with the Registration Enrollment fees at the time of submission of applications.
(i)Fees and subscription paid to the association are not refundable on any grounds whatsoever, However, fees and subscriptions paid on account of application rejected by the association may be refunded less incidental charges.

College to be responsible for remittance :

The college forwarding the entries of the students shall be responsible or dues and proper remittance of total fees and subscriptions due in accordance with the schedule of fees and shall ensure remittance thereof together with the entries at the time of submission of entries.

College in arrears –results to be withheld :

The Registrar shall have right to direct withholding of declaration o results and forwarding of certificates of all or any of the students Enrollling from a colleges in arrears of fees and subscriptions.
(i) This rights shall be exercisable with respect of the certificates of candidates in arrears for a particular session or with respect of the students all or any of the certificates or diploma pertaining to such college Enrolllment in the custody of the association irrespective of the fees of such particular candidates being paid.
(ii) Provided further that this right of retention of certificates of students Enrollling through colleges in arrears of fees would extend to the certificates of students of all or any of the colleges under the same management as the defaulting colleges.

Overseas Candidates to Pay Double the Fees:

Overseas candidates are to pay double fees Life Subscription of The A.I.C.A. as provided by the Rules. Specific schedule of fees & subscriptions may be prescribed as applicable indifferent regions.

Late Fee:

Late fee shall be charged with respect of the entries or fees received after the expiry of the last date of receipt of entries notified by the Association as per the Schedule of Late fees printed in Appendix “H”

Examination Fees Payable be Bonafids Students of Recognized Colleges:

The students undergoing regular courses of studies in accordance with the CURRICULUM of studies and syllabus of course and examination prescribed shall remit the examination fees, registration fees and other fees and subscriptions in accordance with the schedule of fees prescribed in accordance with the schedule of fees prescribed in appendix “H”.
Overseas candidates shall pay double the fees and subscriptions /life subscriptions

Local Center Fee:

(i) The cost of examinations at the local Centers of examinations may be borne by such Centers.
(a) A nominal fee may be charged by such local Centers of examination directly from the students to defrat the stationery and other expenses involved provided however, that such fees shall be in addition to the examination and other fees and subscription payable and shall be paid by the students directly to the Center of examination and shall not exceed a sum of Rs. 20/- in the case of certificate examinations and a sum o Rs. 60/-in the case of academic certificate, diploma examinations. Overseas candidates may be directed to pay such additional examination Center fees to the Center fees to the Center, by the Association as deemed fit considering local conditions.

Special Examinations:
(ii) The syndicate of the Association may conduct special examinations for entrance to other academic or professional bodies. Recruitment boards, admission tests, as the case maybe deemed fit to constitute from time to time.
