Recognition & Constitution of Centers and Colleges

The Association constituting may found, establish new Colleges and Constitute such existing colleges which apply for and submit to the control or the A.I.C.A and declare to be bound by their Rules of Regulations. The procedure of constitution of Colleges is stated in Appendix “E” The Rules & Regulations and functional requirements and directions of Recognized and constituted Colleges are stated in Appendix ‘F’ and may be referred therefrom. The College conduct Rules are stated in Appendix “G”

Inspection of Colleges:

The inspection of colleges applying for recognition by and constituting is recommends prior to grant of such recognition.

(i) Where found advisable ,at the discretion of the wkg. Syndicate/Executive council and in case the members are convinced on basis of the facts provided that the college has the regular institutional set-up and student facilities and necessary academic arrangement prescribed for colleges, provisional recognition and constitution may be granted to such college subject to inspection at a later date.
(ii) The wkg. Syndicate /executive council may cause any college to be inspected from time to time by the inspector of Institutes so appointed in this behalf.
(iii) The wkg. Syndicate /executive council may direct a college to take such action as may appear to be necessary for proper conduct and function of the college based on the Inspection report of the Inspector or Institutes. Resonate time may, however ,be granted to college in this context.
(iv) Derecognition notice shall be given to defaulting college duly communicated to the management of such college. The college may seek representation to the Registrar or to the wkg. Syndicate / executive council against suspension order or against derecognition or as the time of consideration such proposal and will be given proper hearing in such cases.

Derecognition of Colleges:

After the derecognition action has been approved by the Association the college shall be duly notified of such derecognition and public notification to relevant authorities be given by the association restraining such colleges from further functioning as recognized college recognized by this association and such action may be taken as may be deemed fit to safeguard the interests of the students who may have Enrollled for the association courses in such college.

Registrar to maintain record of recognized and constituted colleges and of students registered with the association:

The Registrar shall maintain upto-date records of functioning of constituted and recognized colleges and lists of such colleges.

The registrar shall maintain a register of students Enrollled and registered with the association and students who have qualified the examinations of the association and received certificates and diploma therefrom.
